Tsugawa Precision Polishing Laboratory established by the late
Tadakazu Tsugawa, father of Director Michiyo Kubo, at the present
address of the Ease Seiko head office.

　
March 1957

Commenced production/sale of slide bearings; business lines increased.

　
August 1968

EASE SEIKO CO., LTD. established, taking over business from the Tsugawa
Precision Polishing Laboratory. Kubo Masao inaugurated as first president.

　
April 1997

Kubo Shohei inaugurated as second president.
